• Responsibilities include:

  • Managing design phase activities, including estimating, purchasing, coordination, & constructability.

  • Oversee procurement, permitting, and construction management for both tenant build-out and base building projects.

  • Once a project starts, manage progress meetings, submittals, RFI's, change order resolution and negotiation, addendums, certificates of payment, general coordination, on-site inspections, quality control, and punch list and certificate of occupancy.

  • Provide on-site supervision.

  • Lead budgeting efforts for prospective design and redesign solutions up to $2M and assist with estimating.
